Privacy policy

Kivo47 collects the minimum needed to run an account: who you are, what you have planned, and whether you have paid. It is not sold, it is not rented, and it is not used to train models. You can export everything or delete all of it at any time.

Account information. Your name and email address when you register, and the workspace name you choose.

Content you create. Plans, tasks, costs, proposals, client folders, notes and marketing items — the things you type into the product.

Billing information. Handled by our payment processor. Kivo47 stores a subscription status and a customer reference. It never receives or stores full card details.

Technical data. Pages visited, approximate region, browser type and error reports. Used to fix things and size capacity, and nothing else.

No tracking pixels from advertising networks. No cross-site profiling. No selling or renting of personal data to anyone, in any circumstance, including if the business changes hands.

When you generate a plan, the idea description you write is sent to a third-party model provider to produce the roadmap. That text is processed to return your result and is not used to train the provider's models. Do not paste secrets, credentials or personal data about other people into an idea description.

Content is kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, content is removed within 30 days, and from backups within a further 60. Billing records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.

You can access the data held about you, export it in a machine-readable form, correct anything wrong, and have it deleted. Write to privacy@kivo47.com and it is actioned within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking will not affect your account.

A session cookie keeps you logged in. Your theme and layout choices are stored in your browser rather than on a server. There are no advertising cookies.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you materially, you will be told by email before it takes effect — not by a silently updated date at the top of a page.
