Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Kivo47. Using the product means accepting them. They are written to be read, so if something here is unclear, that is a fault worth reporting.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. Accounts are for people, not shared logins — a team plan exists for teams.

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, scrape it at volume, resell access to it, or use it to produce material that is illegal or that targets a person. Accounts found doing these things are suspended.

You keep ownership of everything you create here — plans, proposals, notes and client information. Kivo47 holds only the licence needed to store, display and back it up so the product works. That licence ends when you delete the content.

Plans are generated by an AI system from what you describe. They are a starting point, not professional advice. Cost estimates are estimates. Legal and compliance items are prompts to check something, not a substitute for checking it. Review anything that matters before you rely on it.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclude any local taxes. If a price changes, you are told at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancel at any time from Settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses — your plans stay readable and exportable.

We aim for the service to be available whenever you need it, but no service is perfect. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. There is no uptime guarantee on the standard plans, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

To the extent the law allows, Kivo47's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for things that cannot be limited by law.

Kivo47 is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any app builder, hosting provider or model provider whose name appears in a generated plan.

You can close your account at any time. We can end it if these terms are broken, and in that case you are told why and given a chance to put it right unless the breach makes that unreasonable.
