Refund policy
Last updated 9 September 2026
The rule
If Kivo47 did not do what it said it would, write to support within 14 days of the charge and it is refunded in full. You do not need to justify it at length, and asking will not affect your account.
What is always refunded
· A subscription that renewed when you had already cancelled.
· A duplicate charge.
· A charge on an account you did not create.
· A period during which the product was substantially unavailable and you could not use what you paid for.
What is usually not refunded
Periods you were subscribed and used normally. If you forgot to cancel and have not used the product in that period, write anyway — that is generally refunded, it is simply not automatic.
Unlocking an app
Unlocking an app is a single payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. If the full plan it produced is not usable, write within 14 days of the charge and it is refunded in full.
A refund takes that app’s unlock back with it: the plan stays readable and exportable, but it stops counting as bought. Site reviews or marketing plans already generated are not clawed back.
Yearly plans
A yearly Studio plan is refundable in full within 14 days of the charge. After that, you can cancel to stop the next renewal and keep access for the remainder of the year already paid for.
How to ask
Email support@kivo47.com from the address on the account, with the date of the charge. A person replies within one working day.
Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within two working days. Your bank may then take a further three to five working days to show it, which is outside anyone's control but worth knowing before you chase it.
After a refund
Your account moves to the free tier. Plans stay readable and exportable. Nothing is deleted.
