A plan gets you built. Getting seen, looking right, and having somebody to build it with are different jobs. These are people who do them — marketers, designers, developers, writers and possible partners, each read by a person before being listed.

What the “checked” badge means
- A working phone number, answered by the person named.
- Their links open, and the work behind them is theirs.
- Any qualification or company number they gave checks out where it is registered.
It is not a review of their work, a guarantee of results, a credit check, or any kind of insurance. It says a person answered the phone and their credentials are real. Agree your own terms, and pay the way you would pay anyone else.
How somebody gets it
- 1Apply, and ask to be checked. The application takes a few minutes. Ticking the box adds you to the queue for a badge.
- 2Send what can be looked up. A phone number we can reach you on, and any qualification, company number or professional membership — with the link or number that proves it. Never a photo of your passport or ID card: we do not accept them and do not store them.
- 3A person checks it. Somebody calls or messages the number, opens every link, and looks up anything you registered. It usually takes two to three days.
- 4The badge appears, with its reason. If it checks out, your listing shows a checked badge and the sentence saying what was actually verified. If something does not add up, you hear why and can send more.
We never ask for a passport, driving licence or residency document, and cannot accept one. Nothing that sensitive should sit in a directory's database — and none of it is needed to check that you are real and do the work you say you do.
What the ratings mean
A review can only be written by somebody who opened a job here and marked it finished, and each person gets one review per professional however many jobs they run. Where the professional never accepted the job in Kivo47, the review says so — without holding the payment there is no way to prove a job happened, and a rating that hides that is worth less than one that admits it.
Kivo47 does not take the payment, hold it, or refund it. You pay each other directly, on whatever terms you agree. This record is here so both of you can see what was agreed and what happened — not as a guarantee. Terms.
